FED:No ship group in 11th hour court action

The scuttling tomorrow of the warship HMAS Adelaide will go ahead as scheduled .. despite
a last minute bid by the No Ship Action Group to halt the sinking.

The group filed a summons at the Land and Environment Court late this afternoon ..

addressed to New South Wales Minister for Primary Industries KATRINA HODGKINSON and the
state's Environment Minister ROBYN PARKER .. and wants Premier BARRY O'FARRELL to step
in to halt the sinking of the ship off Avoca Beach on the central coast.

The decommissioned vessel is to go down at 10.30am (AEST) tomorrow morning.
