Solomon Software International announces formation of Solomon Software (SEA) Pte. Ltd.; Extends market coverage to South East Asia.

SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 16, 1996--Solomon Software International, with world headquarters in Findlay, Ohio, USA, announced today the formation of Solomon Software (S.E.A.) Pte. Ltd., which will market the Solomon IV accounting software product line in South East Asia.

Solomon Software (S.E.A.) Pte. Ltd. located in Singapore, will be responsible for marketing and localizing the industry-leading Solomon IV for Windows suite of client/server financial applications for the dynamic and rapidly growing South East Asia markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Brunei. Solomon Software (S.E.A.) will be responsible for supporting the VARs and Systems Integrators who sell, install and provide support for Solomon IV to end user customers in the region.
